Looking back and ahead

I've done it, after an extended time I've done it,
Me, Jessica, the Amethyst Wildcat and Queen of Games. Graduating with the Class of 2016.  

As you can tell from this picture, I've graduated from CSU Chico. And to be honest it felt weird. The last few semesters had drained my creativity to an all time low. Having to be a defendant in a lawsuit was a nightmare. I wish Phoenix Wright was real.  It's taken Spring '16, which seriously just felt like a semester off. Senior Pictures were a blast, and if anyone is a college senior and reads this,

GET YOUR SENIOR PICTURES DONE!!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

Go onto Facebook and find a photographer who is willing to take them for a reasonable price. My photographer's name was Zach and he is Awesome. I wish him the best.


I officially graduated on New Years Eve 2015 at the very last day of the fall semester.  In January I had my diploma mailed to me. I knew I had to go to Commencement. If only for closure not anything else. I also have my class ring which has the true year I graduated.

My Sensei, (who recommended me to enroll at CSU Chico) went to my graduation and to the celebration dinner at Ojiya in Chico. I would love to go back there, and also to the Chico Kodenkan (my home dojo).


I started this blog for an online class on social media, Keeping it Family Friendly, Tying the game Wizard101 to social media and other selected topics.

Now this blog is my personal blog, I'll still update it whenever the mood hits. This blog had a part in spawning Journey of an Eclipse Chaser. My eclipse chasing blog which doubles as a diary for the 2017 Great American Eclipse!

What the future holds, I have no clue. I signed up to be a beauty consultant with Mary Kay. It's a job atleast. Maybe it'll help my anxiety. who knows?

When it comes to the Power Rangers,

The Zordon fanpage on Facebook is holding a contest and it's to answer the question What emotionally attached you to the Power Rangers show and Why do you love it so much? That got me to blushingly chuckle and to do a little soul searching and well, my first reply is "do you really want to know?"   The short answer is I had a horrible childhood and PR was an escape.  But the long answer... well... here's my story.  The history of Jessica Zordon Spock. I was going on 10 years old (I'm 30 years old now) and in Mrs Welch's  4th grade class at West Elementary, the kids had been talking about this cool new tv show called Power Rangers. back to campus

Warning this blog is written from the point of a very stressed out older college student, and might not be read by viewers. This blog might be a little ranty at times. Well, it's back to campus time again and already I think my academic career is in jeopardy. For one thing, I'm waitlisted for two classes, and no one has dropped from the classes. I'm waitlisted for "Basic Advertising Copywriting" and "Intro to Media Production" I'm at positions 1 & 6 respectively. I'm waiting to buy the books until after I am enrolled in the classes. I'm currently in Portfolio review and Philosophy of Science and I don't understand how the either/or system works. The classes start at 12:30 pm. (a little over an hour from now, as of this writing) I currently have 4 units, so I don't have fin aid. Which is a BIG problem and why I'm desperately waiting to get in to the classes.
